1 ½ pounds pork tenderloin
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon avocado oil
¼ cup melted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper and then sprinkle Italian seasoning over.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Melt butter and add in garlic. Stir 1 minute.
Sear pork tenderloin in the butter until all sides are browned. Transfer to an oven safe dish and bake in the oven 10 to 15 minutes, or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (medium rare) or 160 degrees F (medium).
